Behind Bogun.studio is Claudia Bogun.
She specializes in complex, content-driven systems: news sites, streaming platforms, marketplaces. For the ORF.at network she held overall responsibility for more than a decade.
She has been building design systems for five years, for ORF, ZDF and t-online.
Today she works in B2B, where she has established agentic workflows and designs for AI-driven products.
Bogun.studio works on connecting brand strategy, design system and product.
Because when AI is part of the build, it is no longer the single screen that decides whether the brand holds, but the system behind it. Three services, each building on the last.
Product Vision & Brand
For products that are just emerging or realigning. The work defines what the product should be, which problems it solves and how the brand looks, sounds and moves. The result: a definition every later decision can be measured against, from the first component to the tone of an error message.
Design System
The brand is built as a system, from scratch or out of what exists: colors, typography, components and states as semantic tokens that people and machines read alike. The brand stays the same, even when AI is part of the build. Accessibility is part of the architecture from the start. The result is not a rulebook but a prototype made of real components.
Handover & Ongoing Development
Every system arrives documented: decisions on record, open points named, readable for the team and for the AI tools that build on it. A design system is not finished at handover: maintenance, extension, coaching for the teams and advice for stakeholders continue.
The first step is a conversation: your product, your brand, an honest assessment of what a system can do here and what it cannot.
